Free Delivery when spending £40 or more
We have a 30-day return policy - if you change your mind on your purchase, you have a full 30 days to return it for a refund (subject to some exclusions set out below).
All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. All returned items must be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items which have been damaged in return transit due to insufficient packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 3-5 working days of receipt once the item has been checked by one of our team.
Return postage costs are your responsiblility and we strongly advise using a tracked postal service.
In the UK, we offer a standard delivery option (2-3 working days) for £4, which is free for orders over £40.
Damaged and Faulty Items
If you have received an item that is damaged, not what you ordered, or is missing parts, please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
We ask that customers contact coaches about individual lessons before making their purchase. This should minimise scheduling conflicts and other potential issues. If for whatever reason a coach is unable to fulfil the number of individual lessons you have purchased, a refund for the remaining sessions will be given.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products received over 30 days ago, products that have been opened, used or unsealed (unless faulty), or products returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If you are due a refund, your original method of payment will determine how we reimburse you.
· Credit/debit card - If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
· PayPal – we'll process a refund to your PayPal account.
